REFUND POLICY
How to pay ? Two options :
- Non-binding offers, Direct transfer payment to Talay industries Co, Ltd bank account for each booking
- Or book and pay online via Omise, a fast and easy secure solution taking into account your selected currency and the real-time exchange rate (additional costs already included in the offered price)
Changes after 30 Days before the wedding date is not recommended as we cannot fully guarantee the event quality affected by last minute changes. Changes during this period will be authorized on a case- by-case basis
Service Reductions, if agreed by tropical events and any suppliers, will be in the form of credit to be used for other services. Cash refunds are not allowed.
Service Additions payments, if agreed by tropical events and any suppliers, will be settled separately.
All numbers in the quotation and list of services are subject to change during planning process before 15 days of
the event day
Certain services may require advanced payments such as photographer, makeup artist, entertainer, etc.,
Payment policy is based on the agreed number of people attending the wedding or event. However, if the agreed number of guests, “Tropical Events” reserves the right to charge the increased expenses after the wedding or deduct from deposit if adequate.
In case “The customer” fails to arrange bank transfers for all balance payment 15 days prior to the wedding date, the remaining balance must be paid in cash only no later than 3 days before the wedding date.
Payments shall be made to the bank account listed in the contract and the customer shall take responsibility for all kinds of fees and charges during payment.
Photo and Video Usage and Model Release:
“The Customer” hereby confirms that “Tropical Events” will have a right to use and publish wedding photographs of “Wedding and Event Setup & Decorations” without permission from “The Customer” for editorial purposes on their social media, website and international wedding blogs.
If the “Tropical Events” wishes to publish wedding photographs that contains the wedding couple or guests, the hotel will seek permission from the customer for approval before publication.
Decoration Change:
All decoration and flower arrangements are to be confirmed at least 30 days before the wedding date in order to assure the requested style and look. In case if there are any changes on the flower type, arrangement style or number after the indicated deadline, “Tropical Events” and third party decorators cannot fully guarantee the quality of the flower material, or assure their necessary amount for the wedding date.
Date Change:
In the event “The customer” is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by ““Tropical Events”” to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and “Tropical Events” support to the new date. However, new date is subject to ““Tropical Events”” booking schedule, and the change is only possible, if the decided venue still has the new chosen date available.
“The customer” agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable are the sole responsibility of “The Customer”. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth in above. “The Customer” further understands that last minute changes may impact the quality of the event and that “Tropical Events” shall not be responsible for these compromises in quality.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by The customer, the full amount of the deposit and payments already made is non-refundable and all outstanding payments of the coordination or sub-contractor shall be due immediately.
However, if the cancellation is made by “Tropical Events”, a refund will be granted minus any already made payments and this amount will be paid within the time limit set by Omise
- All applications for a refund must be made in writing by sending an email to planner@tropicalevents.co
- For all refunds, The refunded payment method is the same as the original payment method.
Remedies:
In the event “Tropical Events” is unable to collect the required payments for any reason the following will apply:
- Day 1-15: All coordination efforts will cease
- Day 16: All location and sub-contractor reservations made on behalf of “The Customer” will be cancelled and collection efforts for any remaining debt to “Tropical Events” will commence.
Weather Conditions:
“The Customer” understands that the wedding will be in an outdoor location and that weather conditions is not under “Tropical Events” control. “Tropical Events” is not responsible for any dissatisfaction caused by weather.
